Alright, the bonus letter came, i'm less than 12 hours away from handing in my resignation letter. I have had enough, i think i mingle better with the technical staff than the admin people...

Alot of things went through my mind since the letter came. Did it make me wanna stay in the firm? How would the others react after knowing i tendered resignation? Would my supervisor accept it? How do i make transit to the next job? How would mom react to my resignation?
That's the thing about wanting to change jobs, my mom would love to see me secure a new one before leaving. That works perfectly in theory, but this is reality. Most recruiting firms would prefer someone who is able to start immediately or on a short notice. I'm a permanent staff and need a month's notice in order to resign, based on the employment contract. A month is not short in a recruiting firm's eyes, but it is for the firm that you're leaving. How ironic...
I'm gonna try explaining to mom and assure her that i will find a new job, things were not nice the previous time...

That aside, this looks really tempting. If only the ponytail didn't look that un-natural...
