I came across a cosplayer who wants to remain at a beginner level, not wanting to learn how to sew, make props, do proper make-up or style wigs. She makes a big hoo-hah when she needs to DIY as people may not be able to help. Now i see she is attempting DW costumes without lifting a finger to do anything. FAT CHANCE. DW cosplays are nice because of how much control we have in the construction process, we know which details are important and how to make sure the best effect can be achieved. Some details can only be seen or known while the character is in movement. Gameplay videos are not meant for that purpose.

You only want to cosplay the series because you find the costumes flashy and the cosplayers get alot of attention through that. You only know of the series through other people's cosplay. You don't bother to play the game, you only bother to read up wiki because you are not able to catch up with other people's conversation and still say wrong things because you did not read properly. You approach overseas seamstresses to commission the entire costume for you with lack of references and expect top-notch quality and accuracy. You approach more people to commission the weapons with even worse references who turn down the project due to that and look for people who play the game for help. Saying things like "Oh, it's not urgent but i would really like to cos the character by STGCC. If you are busy with your own props then it's ok. Don't want to trouble you too much." You want props, make your own.

"I am already giving myself a pat on my back cos i am losing my patience doing this. Now u know why I don't make props cos it's just not my thing. Definitely not what i signed up for when i started cosplaying."

This goes to show what your perception of the hobby is about, all fun and games with absolutely no intention to learn eh?

Another matter...

You happily proclaim being in the group without asking permission and/or bother to know if there is a repeat character. Furthermore, we do not want unwelcomed people from your previous group so stop offering them to us without them knowing. I'm sorry, if that is not plain rude, then what is it?
