I had a moment to think about Gintoki's costume and realized... His outer kimono does not make sense.

If he wears only 1 side and the flap covers the front, what happened to the back flap? It's as if the excess fabric magically reduces itself and not be enough to overlap over to the front. When one wears a kimono or yukata properly, the two front flaps are supposed to overlap and cover your legs fully right? In Gintoki's case, he can show an entire leg from only wearing one side and the back flap can still hang loose neatly? People might not understand from just reading coz i also have a tough time coming up with explaining.

So... I went to look through previous Gintoki cosplayers and it's either they fuck physics or don't take any back view shots.
