New colleaque rant, commence.

2. young mother (i'm older than her)
3. education background (ITE)

Not that i'm being elite or racist but... I have difficulties coping with her. She can't spell well... Spending up to 10 minutes replying a simple enquiry email, with half the time doing spell check and grammar. I had to go through what she wrote to make sure she is correct. Answering calls, she can end up asking the customer more questions than what the customer is calling to enquire about. She's relatively slow, spending an entire day to enter new spare part stock. I can cross check delivery quantity for 11 cartons in 30 minutes, she can spend 2 days to enter them into the system...

I don't mind people addressing me "Ash" but i don't like it when there is a stupid question attached. It's as if she alreadt flushed out half of what my previous colleaque and me taught her for the past 2 months.

She have difficulties multi-tasking. Our phoneline is linked to certain admin departments so theirs also ring when there is a call. She can let the phone ring until the other girls pick up, i already told her MANY times that letting the other departments answer is going to give them the impression that we are not doing our job.

Her leave applications OMG. All staff on probation period cannot take annual leave until confirmation, MC and leave will be counted as unpaid leave. She took a good 5 days MC in December alone (she started in late November), took Christmas Eve (Sat) and almost wanted to take CNY Eve (Sat, not exactly CNY Eve but you get the idea). Liek hi, you agreed to working full day on Saturday and the company compensated you with working half day on Mondays. Your covers? We are credited with an additional day in our annual leave. You think your leave application is not subjected to approval ar? You think no need to ask if people can cover for you ar? You think other people don't have programs on Sat when you only say you taking leave ar?
