"Hi, i called earlier asking about xxx speakers. I called the number you gave me but nobody is answering, is there another contact number or the showroom contact? Do you know if you carry xxx range speakers?"
*no knowledge of product range* (direct number IS showroom number) ............
"There is nobody picking up the direct number. How can you provide such bad service? I mean your brand is a renowned speaker range and this is the treatment you give customers? I'm going to send an email to the US headquarters to complain. Can i have your manager's email address so i can copy him in the email?"
