I don't believe this. I don't understand why the company still want to retain her. Fine, she is going to get "promoted" to the worst possible position in the entire company, the finance director's personal assistant and accounts assistant AKA saikang bao gah liao. But that will be permanent only from April onwards. It's barely the middle of March T_T

Because of her absence, the technician had to put down whatever he was working on to man the reception with me. Today is her second consecutive day of medical leave.... Unconfirmed staff do not have medical leave until confirmation, all forms of leave will be considered unpaid annual leave. She's racking up a long list of leaves just being here for 4 months, did i mention her probation period was extended for an additional month?

I bet she will spend the rest of the week clearing her backlog and do not have the time to go help accounts as per scheduled (she was supposed to go for training yesterday afternoon).

I also do not really see why you need to work.
1. Your husband is a sign-on Navy. We all know how much a sign-on military personnel's revenue can be.
2. You can afford to send your 2.5 year old daughter to all sorts of enrichment classes, swimming, language, dance, computer!?
3. YOUR HUSBAND BOUGHT HER AN I-TOUCH FOR YOUTUBE!?
4. You tell me your mobile plan is the one with unlimited data usage...

YOU TELL ME YOU NEED TO WORK AND DO NOT WANT TO DISCLOSE A SOLID REASON!?
