A call-in asks whether they can directly buy from us.

Answer: Technically, no. We are a distributor to dealers and stock is actually reserved for them. BUT we do it sometimes to shut them up and remove their mindset that we sell at warehouse price. Besides, i doubt they would want to come all the way to our god-forsaken location and scold us for not having easier to access location.

Call-in continues asking if there are other dealers for a certain headphone model as the ones he went do not have it. We tell him that he ones he went to have the widest range of that headphone brands. "The shop gave me your number." he said. He proceeds to ask that since we are the distributor, when the next restock date would be.

Huh? HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW? We cannot advise.

"How can you not know? You are the supplier, you need to deliver the goods to them right? I'm asking when that is."

Answer: If the dealer does not want to restock, who are we to bug them to restock? We force them to order on a regular basis? We fulfill purchase orders when issued.

"I'm asking how long it would take so i can compare the shipping time between getting it online or from you guys. Fine, i will get them online and you just lost a customer."

End conversation. I think buying online is more expensive given the exchange rate LOL

Seriously, we did not lose a customer, the intended dealer did. Our "customers" are the dealers who order stock from us. Individuals who think that way and "wants to feedback to management about our attitude" make us laugh the most.

NOT A SINGLE FUCK WAS GIVEN THEN.
