The $35 speaker guy came for his refund. A refund because my manager and service center don't want to handle his shit anymore. Called on Monday to further "remind" us of his promised 1 month wait, spare part haven't arrive, cannot do anything but wait. Spare part is on the way here, just dunno which part of the ocean it's at.

"There could be a delay due to custom clearance."

"Don't give me bullshit. How can it possibly take so long? Your manager promised me 1 month which is in 2 days and now you're telling me you don't even know why the part has not arrived? Why can't you liaise with the cargo company for an update? How about you give me the forwarder contact? I ask them."

WHAT THE FARK?

So, he gets his refund where he just dropped by like 15 minutes ago. Accounts want a copy of his IC for audit purposes.

"Why? I did not have to provide my IC when i bought the speakers, i don't see the reason why you want it now."

ARSEHOLE IS DELIBERATELY GIVING US SHIT. FARK OFF PRIEST.

ANOTHER THREAT TO COMPLAIN TO C.A.S.E!

Lady bought our headphone from Hong Kong International Airport and has a problem. There is no international warranty and you don't have the invoice? *insert lady's discontented face* Ok, we throw this matter to manager-in-charge who say he would pass it to the brand's Singapore office to handle.

That was in the morning. She called again in the late afternoon asking for the follow-up. The manager obviously did not do anything... Told her we would remind the manager to revert back since he is not around already.

-more crap reason to justify her discontent. One of it being she can produce her passport to prove that she was in HK.-

Threaten to file a complaint against us and the brand if she does not get an answer by noon tomorrow.
