This guy bought a pair of speakers from our clearance sale at $35 (drop-dead low), whined at how the salesperson did not allow him to test it. He brought it back after 2 days coz the woofer chui already. Ok, we would replace them if there were any left but too bad, bo liao. Ok again, we will replace the woofer BUT we do not have it in stock. He agreed to the condition that there would be a waiting time of at least 1 month.

It's been 3 weeks, he called to "remind" us. Duh, we remembered coz he is the only guy making such a huge fuss over a pair of $35 speakers where 1 replacement woofer costs more than the speakers. Which part of one month waiting time do you not understand?

"I can't understand why it needs to take 1 month!"

Liek hi, if supplier already shipped it out, the vessel also takes roughly 1 month to travel from US to SG. THE THING IS ON ITS WAY HERE. WE ARE NOT THE ONES STEERING THE VESSEL.

"Give me your US supplier's contact, i'll call them about this."
