9 more days to my 2nd year anniversary in this crappy SME. I don't have grudges against my contract company, just the main shareholding one.

"My products all very small!" my manager says.

Then why is your warranty claim process the most tedious to do every single time? Your product range covers 10+ brands and they are small earphones! Easy to track and even easier to misplace -__-
